Lead Data We Collect

When someone submits a contact form through your business card, we collect:

• Name, email address, and phone number (if provided)
• Message content
• Timestamp and IP address (for spam prevention)

This lead data is private and only visible to you. We do not share, sell, or use this data for any purpose other than delivering it to you.

We also automatically collect certain information when you use our services:

• Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system)

• Backup Data: May be retained in backups for up to 30 days after deletion

When you delete your account, all associated data (business card, leads, analytics) is permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction:

• All data is stored in secure, encrypted databases (Supabase)
• Access to your data is protected by authentication and row-level security
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
• All connections use HTTPS encryption
• Regular security audits and updates

However, no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free. Please take special care in deciding what information you include in your public business card.

5a. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate RealtyLeads.app:

• Supabase: Database hosting and authentication (data stored in secure cloud infrastructure)
• Mailgun: Email delivery for notifications and lead alerts
• Twilio: SMS notifications (if enabled by you)
• Vercel: Application hosting and deployment

These service providers have access to your data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect it in accordance with their privacy policies.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your information:

• Access: You can request access to the personal information we hold about you
